To rent an onsite or virtual viewing and interview is required.  You need to fill out an application form. Once your application is approved, you will be asked to sign a lease agreement.

Pets are not permitted as some tenants may have health/safety concerns.

All rooms are single occupancy only.

Smoking/vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the buildings. 

On street parking is available.  On site parking is based on location and availability. 

Tenants are responsible for keeping the rental property clean and in good condition.  A schedule, based on room number, is provided.  They are also responsible for reporting any maintenance issues to the property management team.

Yes, and yes.  There is a schedule based on room number all consumables are tenant responsibility.

You need to give 30 days' written notice before moving out of a rental property. This will give us enough time to find a new tenant and prepare the property for them.

Upon doing a move out inspection, any repairs or cleaning required will be deducted from the damage deposit.  It may take 2 weeks to receive remainder.

All utilities including wifi are included in your monthly rental fee.
